What CoopLens collects

CoopLens collects only what is necessary to analyze job postings:

• Job description text scraped from the active browser tab when you click "Analyze my fit"
• Your resume/profile text, which you paste manually in Settings
• Your Groq API key, stored locally in Chrome's storage

Where your data goes

• Your device only: Your API key, profile, and saved applications are stored in Chrome's local storage. They never leave your device except as described below.
• Groq API: When you click "Analyze my fit", the job description and your profile are sent to Groq's API (api.groq.com) to generate the analysis. Groq's privacy policy applies to this data: groq.com/privacy-policy

What CoopLens does NOT do

• Does not collect browsing history
• Does not transmit data to any CoopLens-operated server
• Does not use analytics or tracking
• Does not share data with third parties beyond Groq (the AI provider you explicitly configure)
• Does not store data remotely

Data deletion

All locally stored data can be deleted at any time via Settings → "Clear all data", or by removing the extension from Chrome.
